Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data in two ways:

1. Email us. Send a message to contact@vibeclipper.in from your account email with the subject “Data deletion request.” No special format is required.
2. Disconnect a platform. Disconnecting a connected YouTube or Instagram account from your Vibeclipper account immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored access tokens for that platform.

On a deletion request we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (email, display name, settings).
• Connected social accounts and their stored OAuth access/refresh tokens for Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram.
• Connected video sources, generated clips, and processing jobs.
• Posting schedules and upload history.

Data we obtain from Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram is used only to operate the features you enabled (fetching your channel info and publishing clips you requested) and is deleted along with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days. Some information may persist for a short period in encrypted backups before being overwritten on the normal backup-rotation cycle, and we may retain the minimum records required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes).

Once deletion is complete we email you a confirmation. RevokingVibeclipper’s access from your Google account permissions or Meta business integrations also stops any further data access immediately.
