Short-form clipping for agencies and creator teams

Running short-form for one creator is a workflow problem. Running it for eight is an operations problem: eight channels to watch, eight sets of social accounts, eight posting schedules, and a report due at the end of the month for each of them.

VibeClipper is built so that scale is configuration rather than headcount. Each client gets a workflow pointed at their channel, posting to their own connected accounts, with their own look and schedule — and the performance of every clip comes back attributed to the client it belongs to.

Multiple accounts per platform

Connect several YouTube channels and Instagram accounts to one workspace; every clip publishes to the destination its workflow names.

Unattended operation

New uploads are detected and clipped automatically, so a client publishing on Friday night does not need someone on call.

Per-client analytics

Filter performance by account or by workflow to get one client's numbers, including the source videos that produced their best clips.

Approval when it matters

Keep a client's clips in review for sign-off while letting more trusting accounts publish straight through.

Scriptable via API and MCP

Drive the pipeline from your own tooling or from an AI assistant — useful when onboarding a client is a checklist you would rather automate.

Credit-based pricing

Clip volume is metered in credits, so a month where one client posts more does not require changing anyone's plan.

From long video to published clip in 4 steps

No timeline, no exporting, no re-uploading. VibeClipper runs the whole pipeline automatically — you just connect a video.

  1. 1
    Connect

Paste a YouTube video or connect your channel — once.

  2. 2
    AI finds clips

It transcribes and scores moments for hooks and payoffs.

  3. 3
    Caption & reframe

Winners are cropped to 9:16 with animated captions.

  4. 4
    Auto-post

Clips publish to Shorts, Reels & TikTok — now or scheduled.

One workflow per client

A workflow is a standing instruction: watch this channel, clip every new upload this way, post to these accounts at these times. Set one up per client and the day-to-day disappears — new uploads are detected, clipped in that client's caption style, and published on their schedule.

Workflows can be paused per client without touching anyone else's, which matters when a client goes quiet for a month or asks you to hold posting during a launch.

  • Per-client look: caption style, reframing and headline settings saved per workflow, so brands do not bleed into each other.
  • Per-client destinations: each workflow posts only to the accounts you attached to it.
  • Per-client timing: posting times set against the audience's timezone, not yours.
  • Pause and resume per client, with no effect on the rest of the roster.

Reporting that already knows whose clip it was

The analytics in VibeClipper are attributed all the way down the chain: a view belongs to a post, which belongs to a clip, which came from a source video, which was produced by a workflow. Because the workflow is the client, per-client reporting falls out of the model rather than being reconstructed in a spreadsheet.

You can answer the two questions clients actually ask — how did last month go, and which content is worth making more of — from the same screen, filtered to their account.

Client accounts stay the client's

Each social account is connected by OAuth and can be disconnected at any time, by you or by them. Nothing is posted to an account that has not been explicitly connected, and access can be revoked from the platform's own settings without going through us — which is the answer clients want when they ask what happens if they leave.

VibeClipper vs. editing by hand vs. clip-only tools

Most tools clip. Editing by hand eats your week. VibeClipper does the whole loop — selection, captions, reframing, scheduling, and posting — automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage several clients from one account?

Yes. Connect each client's channel and social accounts, then create a workflow per client. Clips, schedules and analytics stay separated by workflow and by connected account.

Is there a white-label option?

Not currently. Clips render without a VibeClipper watermark and you can burn in a client's own watermark text, but the dashboard itself is not white-labelled and clients would see VibeClipper branding if you gave them logins.

How do I report on results for each client?

The analytics dashboard filters by connected account and by workflow, giving views, likes, comments and engagement per clip and per source video for that client, over any date range.

What happens when a client leaves?

Disconnect their accounts and delete or pause their workflow. Their OAuth access can also be revoked from their own platform settings at any time, independently of anything you do here.

Do you support TikTok for client accounts?

Not for automatic publishing yet. Clips are rendered TikTok-ready but have to be posted manually, which is worth factoring in if a client's programme is TikTok-first.
